Family Law
Divorce, child custody, child support, post-divorce modification, paternity, contempt, adoption, pre-marital agreements, domestic abuse restraining orders, mediation, adoption.
Whenever children are involved, it is our philosophy that it is best for everyone involved for the parents to cooperate and come to a mutual agreement regarding custody and placement of their children. However, when compromise has been tried and failed, we will provide you experienced and aggressive representation inside and outside of the courtroom at every stage of your family law case. Personal Injury
Auto accidents, workplace injuries, slip and fall, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers compensation. We represent individuals injured because of the negligent or intentional behavior of another. Victims of personal injury are entitled to financial compensation for their medical and property expenses and their pain and suffering. We will fight to get you fairly compensated for your pain and suffering and reimbursement of medical bills. Contingent Fees of 33% for most personal injury cases; 20% for workers compensation cases. No legal fees or costs unless we are successful.

We have represented hundreds of criminal defendants in cases ranging from simple traffic citations to federal bank robbery charges. Chapter 13: $2,500 retainer fee (includes filing fee).
Title Insurance/Closing Services
We provide all the title and closing services through our title company, Wisconsin Title Group, LLC. As a law office we can draft additional legal documents needed for the transaction, such as a note, mortgage, last-minute contract or deed addendums.
Using Wisconsin Title Group for closing your transaction is beneficial for our client because complexities and legal issues involved with many deals to offer qualified counsel to our clients. A title company cannot draft legal documents, offer legal advice in a transaction, or offer a legal opinion on title issues. If issues arise with the title or additional aspects of the deal, as a law office, we make offer the necessary counsel and advice and take the appropriate measures to assure the transaction is completed with your best interest.
